“ I fundamentally believe that people are resourceful and can choose to create significant growth and change within themselves to better effect their situation. Drawing on both behavioural psychology and my understanding of organisations I work in partnership with clients as they explore new leadership possibilities. There are no textbook answers, but a journey of probing, exploring, reflecting, hypothesising, empathising, testing, re-framing, experimenting, informing and challenging, with support can result in breakthrough moments of self-understanding and awareness that lead to significant outcomes. I am a careful listener who offers insights and interpretations, opinions and ideas from the practical to the profound within a fun, stimulating and safe relationship.”
Outside her professional life Lorraine enjoys reading, swimming, films, travel and pursuing her interest in the First World War. She has an MA in Biography and is currently researching and writing a biographical novel. She pursues her own self-development with energy and enthusiasm.
